Katie was our realtor- as a buyer and a seller. She was efficient in not only finding the homes that fit our needs and wants, but also anticipating what we didn't even know what we were looking for. As a buyer, she helped making the whole process very smooth, referring us to mortgage brokers and property inspectors that were all top notch. When we were ready to sell the home that he had initially bought with her- she truly amazed us with what she could do!!! We ended up getting FULL ASK (!!!!!!) for our house enabling us to get our dream home in Sarasota. I would highly recommend Katie. I will definitely use her for our next real estate transaction. We were lucky to have a friend recommend we meet Jami, as we started our home search. It was a great match - the perfect fit for us. Jami understood exactly what we were looking for when we shared our thoughts and she helped us clarify our vision. That was a huge efficiency for us. We looked at properties that were strong matches and if we asked for her thoughts, she would honestly share them. Our schedule was tight and Jami made everything happen in the time we had. The thought of selling your home is over whelming but when you have a friend in the real estate business that makes it a little easier especially when her name is Linda Mazner. Linda took the ball and sold my home to a wonderful couple that will love my home as much as I did. Linda made the sale easy and understandable. This all only took two months it was wonderful.
