I was referred to Beth through a colleague and I couldn't have been more pleased with her work or the outcome. I had a narrow range of what I was looking for, but that did not discourage her in the least. She was patient, so very knowledgable and willing to ask questions when I asked some unusual ones. Once we found the home, Beth worked tirelessly with the seller to get everything in order. I knew there were challenges with the seller, but had no idea to the extent they reached until well after the closing. Beth remained professional and calm through the entire process, and went above and beyond to get things in order for my purchase. Through a very fortunate series of circumstances, I was randomly introduced to Jeff and my experience through my process is not something that will ever be forgotten. What seemed like a very simple “too good to be true” sale and eventual new purchase of course turned complicated. Jeff and I laughed daily at the stressful process and somehow had fun dealing with it. Though not common, nor the experience everyone will have, I went from any other client to a genuine go forward friendship. Our common beliefs in family, faith, honesty, doing things the right way and having lots of fun along the way led to a great few months during the buying and selling process. Aside from my personal gain of a friendship....the professionalism, follow up, consistency, effort to make a deal see its way to the end, creativity, diligence and more set Jeff aside from most I’ve met not only in business, but specifically the FL real estate market. I can’t imagine another realtor getting me through this stressful relocation! Besides his total commitment and professionalism he actually cared. That in my opinion is rare with realtors I’ve dealt with over the past 20 years. Hopefully this is my last and final boutique. Eric Massey couldn’t have done more and I really APPRECIATED his effort!

Being a Sarasota native I wasn't expecting anyone to be able to find something faster than I could do myself. I was however pleasantly surprised by the quickness in which Fiona found exactly what we were looking for. We gave her our criteria and by the second showing we were making an offer! "Wow that was easy!!!" is all I could say. Thanks Fiona! I will highly recommend you to anyone I know in need of an agent.

Toni is amazing! She made our homebuying experience on Anna Maria Island memorable. She listened to our needs and walked us through each step of the process. Patti is phenomenal. We live 3000 miles away and she made us feel comfortable every step of the way. She helped us with neighborhoods, honed in on the perfect houses, was a great negotiator for us and went up above and beyond to make sure we were 110% satisfied. We can not recommend her enough!
