Dealing with Maurice and Lin (Team Dunn) on the sale of our condominium was an excellent experience. They went above and beyond any expectations a seller could have. They had open houses every weekend and kept us informed of any feedback they received. They worked very hard until the end to insure that our unit sale would close. I applaud them for the patience they had dealing with both my husband and I. I would not hesitate to list any other property with them again.

Grace is by far and away the best realtor my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to work with! She was the absolute pinnacle of professionalism and dedication, and she worked with us tirelessly to find the home that was perfect for us - even though it meant spending long weekend days with us as that was the only time we were available to see the homes in the area. We will most certainly be requesting Grace's services for all future real estate purchases and sales, as we know that she has our best interests at heart and will take care of us regardless of the situation. The sale of my condo at Whitney Beach was recently finalized with outstanding guidance and hard work ofMaruta Milnus. Maruta was with me every step of the way with her advice, suggestions and almost daily contact.She followed up every lead, answered my questions—which were numerous—with great patience and made the answers very clear.I was impressed with her commitment and hard work. MS is fortunate to have such an Agent.

We were well represented as she kept us thouroughly informed every step of the way throughout both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. I cannot say enough about my positive experience working with Ryan Heers. He listened and heard what I wanted in a property and worked diligently to find the real estate that met my needs. He researched the properties appropriate for my dogs, pictured how my furniture would fit, and creatively brainstormed remedies to address flaws that needed attention. Ryan went above and beyond by not only finding a permanent home for me but continued to keep in touch after the sale to make sure that I had access to the contractors I would need to maintain the property. He even provided me a credit toward getting the house painted. In addition to having the skills one would hope for in a realtor, Ryan has a sense of humor that made house hunting fun. His warmth, caring, and apparent love for what he does shines through. I highly consider Ryan Heers as an "outstanding relator." Working with Ryan means gaining a friendship, a friendship that I will cherish!

We were more than happy with the service we received from our MS agent Bambi Utton. Bambi is extremely competent and charming. She knows the market. For example, our friends in the Plantation had just been hit with a 20K new roof assessment and we wanted to know could that happen to us if we purchased in various Plantation developments. Bambi rattled off the years for each development and a rundown on how each would meet the cost given their financials. We were impressed. She is experienced. Since we were buying the condo furnished she made a list of what that entailed and sharing it with the seller we had no issues.She pays attention to details. We found some minor issues with the windows and closet doors and -without prodding- they were taken care of.I could go on but let's just agree she made dealing with a major purchase easy and pleasant.

We can not imagine having a more positive experience, purchasing a condo, than the one we had with Tammy Kitt. As far as we are concerned, she should be named “agent of the year”. We will recommend her and Michael Saunders & Company to everyone we know. Tammy was knowledgeable, professional, supportive and patient as we looked for a vacation condo in the Venice area. She then walked us through the loan process with another outstanding MS employee, Loan Officer, Lou Davis. Both women seemed to work around the clock, responding at night and on weekends, to any questions we had for them. Tammy continued to provide help even after we closed on the condo. We have purchased numerous homes during our lifetime but have never met a more dedicated and caring real estate agent. We feel blessed to have randomly connected with her, at an open house we attended, at the beginning of our condo search.
