My agents were Ellen Baker and Michael Hollenbeck. It took quite a while to sell and there were many issues that came up with inspection as well as some hurricane Irma damage and Michael took care of all of it for me. He went above and beyond his duties. I am very grateful for all that he did for me, and he did it with a smile I could hear on the phone! Ms. Karimi is highly professional, creative, and motivated to sell a property.She is also, very kind, cheerful, and respectful of the people with whom she is involved. I could not be more impressed with her assistance. Especially, I have a disability, Fibromyalgia; and she demonstrated appropriate patience and concern for my personal needs. Please know, I have dealt with realtors a number of times throughout my life - I am 72 years old. Malihe is the most outstanding of all of them. If she wanted to, she would be excellent as a mentor to people new to the profession. Thank you for a very satisfying experience. No wonder Michael Saunders is the best company in the area!

It is with great pleasure that I write this email with highest praise for Tina von Kessel. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and responsive. I believe she is an extremely valuable asset to MS. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone in need of a real estate agent. She always put our interests first and looked out for us in every way possible. While I was relieved we sold the home so quickly, I was actually a little saddened by the fact that our business and contact with her had concluded. She is amazing and so awesome to work with. I am extremely thankful that we had the opportunity to be represented by Tina.

I would just like to tell you how wonderful Bob Laurence and his wife Cindy were to me throughout the entire process of selling my home in April, 2018. I had been with another realty company for 4 months with hardly any activity at all, very disappointing. When that contract was up, Bob and Cindy actually came to my home to talk with me about listing with them. I knew right away that they were the right people for the job, very informative and friendly, as well. They had it listed about a week, when all of a sudden I had all these people interested in seeing my home and less than a month later I had an offer that, with Bob's help and guidance, I accepted. They are a huge asset to your Company and you need to know that. I could not have a better experience.

We had an incredibly positive experience with this highly knowledgeable, articulate, and enthusiastic team. After our first conversation about what we were looking for and the parameters of the budget, they got to work quickly to accommodate our restrictive schedule and put together a number of properties for us to tour the following day. Bruce and Jenine are extremely personable and engaging, and it was a pleasure to spend the day with them; we were very glad to have their different perspectives and, by the end of the day, we knew we’d found our perfect place. They were also very helpful in recommending cleaners and a painter and assured us that they would be available going forward to make other such recommendations. We have heard from them a couple times since the closing; they have followed up to be sure that the vendors they recommended worked to our satisfaction, and to ask if they could be of any further assistance. Should we have need of a realtor in the future, we would absolutely contact Bruce and Jenine again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others; it was a genuine pleasure to work with them! .

Candy and I did not imagine a scenario where we could be more pleased than with our 2009 purchase and 2014 sale through this dynamite team. However, upon our return to Sarasota, they exceeded their prior excellence. We are so very excited about our return to Sarasota in general and absolutely love our new Siesta Key home. ( Lenore was an excellent listing agent as well and helped navigate a very cohesive relationship with our seller). Kim and Holly went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met in all aspects of the transaction! I am sorry I have not reached out sooner to acknowledge.

Just wanted to pass along a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the manner in which Laurie Mock and Jonathan DellaTorre, my Realtors, handled my listing and closings. I purchased a property through Laurie on Montezuma Drive in Bradenton but I wanted to pass along my positive experience with Laurie in my listing and closing of my property at 504 75th Street in Holmes Beach which closed on October 31, 2017. I could not have sold this house if not for the professionalism and expertise that Laurie brought to this situation. Laurie was able to go above and beyond what any Realtor that I know would have done to see this transaction through. Now, regarding the property on Montezuma Drive, on March 10, 2018, I received notice of a listing in Palma Sola from Laurie at 8:00 am. I’d been looking for a home in that area to buy and after reviewing the listing I immediately contacted Laurie at 8:10 am to see if we could arrange a viewing because homes in that area sell extremely fast and this home seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. Long story short, Laurie arranged for me to view the property that same day. I was the first to see it and we immediately made a full price plus offer. Laurie put a deadline on the offer of 5:00pm that day in order to prevent this from turning into a bidding war and with her expertise, my offer was accepted. Laurie also assisted me throughout the Loan and inspection process and with her resources, we were able to close as scheduled on April 25th and I am very very happy with my purchase. I cannot tell you how much of an asset Laurie is to your organization and I would definitely recommend and use her, and the Michael Saunders organization, again in any of my real estate transactions.

I highly recommend Stuart Lawrence. I have bought and sold many properties of all price ranges in Sarasota over the past 50 years and have never met a more organized and knowledgeable realtor. He was prepared with information on the properties He showed me and was quick to point out all the pluses as well as the minuses. I felt He helped the seller and myself very fairly during the price negotiation. I would certainly use Him again as a buyer or sellers agent.
