About a year ago, my partner and I considered listing our investment property for sale. After consulting with three realtors we decided not to put it on the market. At the time there were other similar units listed for sale. Tom called us back in July to let us know that the other units had sold and he had an interested buyer. We were able to work out an agreeable deal. Tom did a fantastic job keeping everything moving forward. I would rate him A+ on his knowledge, communications and professionalism. Robin is one of the most knowledgeable brokers we know. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Even years after we purchased our home she still makes us aware of concerns pertaining to our home in our gated community that we may not otherwise have known about. I have used many real estate agents in the past but not one was as great as Lynne. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and took care of me every step of the way. Both my Aunt I. and myself cannot express enough our appreciation for the hard work and professionalism of Tammy. The Bird Bay condo property was not an easy sale but Tammy took all actions needed to publicize, beautifully stage and make the property attractive. In fact, she went well beyond the call of duty to assist with scheduling some repairs as my senior Aunt was not in a position to handle it. She also worked tirelessly holding open houses, and getting people in to see the property. She kept us up to date appropriately and was very kind and gentle with my Aunt. My Aunt I. was so thrilled with Tammy and her efforts she wanted to make sure we tell everyone that she is a TOP NOTCH agent who will not let you down!!

Kim was a pleasure to work with all during our house hunt in Lakewood Ranch. She was very patient and understanding with the many questions presented to her since we were really very new to the area. Kim always had a relaxed and caring attitude. about what my husband and I wanted in a house. The biggest purchase of our life! She is very personable and easy to talk to regarding the house hunting and buying process. We enjoyed her sincerity and caring attitude . Lin and Maurice are wonderful personable realtors and I could not be more pleased. They communicated so well while selling my condo in kansas city and buying in Sarasota. Laura is 5 Star all the way! She was a dream to work with & kept me on track & informed throughout the process. She routinely went the extra mile to help me out when I wasn’t available to meet with the various appraisers, inspectors, etc. She made the entire process seamless. The next home I buy or sell will definitely be with Laura - she’s the best!!
