Kim Eskew was a pleasure to work with all during the hunt for a house in Lakewood Ranch . She was very understanding and patient with the many question presented to her since we were really very new to the area. Kim always had a relaxed and caring attitude about what my husband and I were looking for in a house. Probably the biggest purchase of our life! She is very personable and easy to talk to about any subject regarding the house hunting and buying process. We enjoyed her sincerity and caring attitude . She also would point out things that we weren’t familiar with or brought in a different point of view to make us really think about the large purchase of a house , taxes , hoa , and all that house buying entails. I need to apologize for taking this long to send out a thank you for helping my family and I find a home. As you are aware, we started this process in March of 2017 and ended on March 29th of 2018. As long as we took to find a home, neither of you ever hesitated in showing us homes in any area on the west coast that we may have been interested in. These areas took many weekends in Sarasota, Brandon, Fish Hawk, Tampa, Bradenton, Nokomis and Lakewood Ranch. Both of you took the time to understand mine and Dominique’s requirements for home size, bedrooms, and school systems, along with locations of the area these homes were in. Dominique and I both agree that you were two of the best professional agents that we could have worked with and it was essential to have you as a team to accommodate all of our requests. To whom it many concern, Mr. Richard Hearn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. As a new comer to the area, I found Mr. Hearn knowledgeable of the LWR area and was always ready to show me additional homes as I learned and explored the area.
