I wanted to write and let you know that Ray Rausa absolutely went above and beyond to help me find and purchase my Florida home. Since I have owned homes in NJ and MA in the past I was familiar with the procedures but this was the first time I was buying a house from out of state and Ray made it seem effortless. We closed on the house at the end of May, moved into it a few weeks later, and absolutely love it. With Ray's guidance and help we found the best house for our needs and had no worries along the way. August 3rd, 2018 To Whom it may concern Christine Chamberlin In May of this year, we arranged with Christine Chamberlin, Realtor at Michael Saunders to sell our Condo unit at Harbor Towers in Burnt Store Marina. When we signed her listing we expected to have a 5 or 6 month sales time owing to the time of year. Christine went to work and made recommendations on sales prices and possible terms and immediately started holding open houses at the unit as well as getting the unit advertised in Southwest Florida. She worked with home inspectors and ourselves to correct any defects which were found in a timely manner. After the inspection another defect was located which Christine arranged to get repaired in a short period of time. As a seller’s agent she kept us on our toes to keep items in good condition. In late June we left on a vacation trip out of the country. Shortly we after we left we received a message about an offer on the property. After some negotiation handled by Chris a sales price and terms were reached in late June. The buyer requested an early escrow closing toward the end of July, which we were able to achieve. Throughout the sale period Christine used a very professional approach to the sale while keeping us on our toes as needed. We strongly recommend Christine Chamberlin for your real estate needs. I recently had the pleasure of working with Natalya Shevchenko when looking for my home. Mitch Mesenburg has been on top of an absentee Long Distance search for me for months.Has provided guidance with a possible short term rental and a later purchase. Knowing I cant make a move until my existing prop sells he has still been attentive and professional also referring me to an agent on the East Coast of Fl. Thanks Mitch
