If there were more than 5 stars to check, I would choose the highest available. Thru the entire process, Tammy was a dream to work with in finding my new home in Florida. Moving a long distance, across many states, was not easy, but having Tammy as my virtual eyes and ears while searching was a God send. I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a new home.

Rudy has helped us to sell or purchase three properties; a beach condo on Siesta Key, a house in Lakewood Ranch and a second beach condo on Siesta Key. Each time we found Rudy to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about properties in the area. When we were selling he helped us to price each property correctly and prepare it for sale. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process which was important as we were out-of-state for all three transactions. He went over and above on several occasions to seal the deal. We would most certainly use Rudy again if we were planning to make another purchase in the Siesta Key or Sarasota area and would recommend him highly to others.

Selling our property with Linda and her partner was a great experience. After our initial meeting, we knew she was the realtor we wanted to market our home -- professional, detail-oriented, personable, with an excellent track record. They made sure every detail was attended to and the results showed -- the house sold in 3 weeks! The marketing materials were beautiful and every showing was scheduled with our realtor present so questions could be answered on the spot. At closing, I was presented with the most thoughtful gift, a beautiful painting of our dog, which Linda, a wonderful artist, painted herself! We loved it! Linda would definitely be my first choice should I need a realtor at any time in the future.

For anyone during the process of selling a home and finding / buying a new one, it is stressful and chaotic at times. Leah did everything I would have wanted in keeping the best options / interests clear and up front to us. Not only after the deals were approved but worked even harder to make sure everything stayed on point. “Nothing is final until the ink is dry” and she made sure we got all the way “Home”! Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else helping us through this process. Thank you again!

We have bought and sold many houses and have a lot of experience with realtors. I could tell you some horror stories but I won’t .Mr. Cinquegrano is the first realtor to make everything go smooth and quick. He took care of everything starting with the meeting before we listed the property to signing the documents.The sale was so smooth no issues that we needed to bother with. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to our friends. He is definitely a top notch realtor.

What a great addition to the Michael Saunders Team. Upon meeting and talking with Christine , I knew she would be the person with whom I'd list my Villa and the one to help me find the perfect house for me. I wasn't wrong. Her professionalism, her use of high quality photography, her description of my villa, along with the knowledge and vast connections helped sell my villa within days.
