I am not sure there is much more to say about Theresa and David than has already been said here, but I will give it a whirl. My husband and I wanted to move from New Albany, Ohio to SW Florida. We retired and wanted to take advantage of the sunny Florida lifestyle. We ended up building a home in Port Charlotte and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Theresa and David through the entire process. They are wonderful people who continuously went beyond the call of duty helping us ... they were our eye and ears here, while we built the house remotely. David's construction background was particularly helpful and he took hundreds of photos which he shared with us frequently. They are prompt, thorough, professional and friendly people whom we will consider friends for life. David and Theresa are the perfect team!! We would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!!
