We were very interested in purchasing property in Deer Creek. We used a friend’s recommendation to contact Janet Montgomery. From the first phone call to Janet, we both felt we had made the right decision. We met with Janet at your location; she was a good listener and she knew what we wanted and we felt like we had a new friend. Our first meeting included an opportunity to visualize the Michael Saunders’ listings and further the opportunity provided Janet with some guidelines as to what we were looking for. She stuck by our side through the entire experience, arranged multiple viewings of potential homes, was always at the residence when we arrived, went above and beyond to honor our request to talk to a builder to discuss property potential, etc.

I was blessed to have walked into the Michael Saunders & Company office in The Plantation last fall and be introduced to Troy Haynes. Troy has been so professional and supportive and went above and beyond since I was conducting this search from out of state. He answered every question either immediately or when he had gathered more information. He was so prompt in answering that I felt guilty when I sent emails after business hours!! I felt very safe with Troy looking after my interests and I trusted his judgment. I feel that Troy is not only my go-to agent now but is also a friend! He kept me apprised of what was going on all along the process and was very helpful in referring me to other needed services. One of those people was Lou Davis who shepherded the mortgage through, answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security in what I was investing in. I had checked into other mortgage brokers but came back to Lou.

Since the first day we met Scott Haynes at an open house in The Meadows, till the day of our closing on March 15, 2018, Scott Haynes guided us in the right direction (with absolutely no sales pressure on his part) to the best available property that met our criteria. We can go on and on with high praised words for Mr. Haynes, but the best part of dealing with Scott is that we made a friend, who made our buying experience a delight and within a timely basis.

I contacted Mrs. Pacini to inquire about a single family home when I thought I would be relocating to Sarasota. I told her exactly what I wanted in a home (size, community, etc.) She found what I wanted in a timely manner. She even went above and beyond by meeting with me around my schedule. I would highly recommend her. Unfortunately, I did not relocate as expected.
