We just want to say that our realtor Tracy Pierce went above and beyond to make our buying experience a pleasant one. Whatever property we asked to see she went to work right away to make sure we could get in to see it at our convenience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property. Finally, Tracy was not just our realtor she quickly became our friend. She is not only professional and courteous, but the best personal representative for my relocating to the Sarasota-Osprey area. As I progressed from communities and priorities, Kay kept pace with me, offering alternatives to match! She found "my house", accessed answers to my probing questions, and guided me through a bewildering negotiation. Kay Barberio knows the ropes, knows her communities, and really gets to know her clients. I felt very personally recognized and attended to. Kristi was great, I wasn’t the easiest to work with in forms of communication and my location being away from where I was home searching but Kristi was able to accommodate my situation flawlessly whether it was email, phone or text. She was able to send videos and pictures of the house and explain the processes and procedures very clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a home and will be using her again if I ever decide to.
