Linda guided us through every step of both purchasing a new home and selling our old one. She was attentive and completely professional in her interactions with us, with other realtors and with the people who eventually bought our old home. At every turn, she kept us informed of what was happening and why. She even helped by referring us to inspectors and other professionals as we needed them. She is pleasant, thorough and devoted to satisfying her clients. And we are proof: we love our new home and feel grateful to have sold the old one quickly and for a good price.

Tom has been our realtor in 3 transactions in recent years. You cannot find a more knowledgeable and personable person than Tom. If you have a question about a situation, Tom either has the answer or knows who to go to to find the answer. He knows many reliable service people in the area and and can give you a list to choose from. When he says he'll get the job done, he does it and does it right the first time around. When you call, he always responds in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone who may be looking for a home in the Sarasota, Fl area.

I have been working with Joan McMahon for approximately two to three years, when Joan heard from a mutual friend that I was planning on retiring to FL from NJ when the time came. Until then, Joan has emailed the listings in the area and, every once in a while, gave a call to let me know the market conditions in Venice. Not only that, but Joan was a great source of information while my own home was on the market. My home sold within a week and, a month and half later, I was on a plane. All this while, Joan and I were in touch regarding properties I was interested in seeing. The first full day I was here, Joan, our mutual friend Lynn and I visited every house in the area I was looking to live, found my new home with a lake and golf course view and put an offer on the house that night. The house is in bad shape - new roof, etc. - and Joan was with me every step of the way with inspections, suggesting names of contractors I would need to breathe new life into my new home and the seemingly endless back-and-forth negotiation of price, right through to the closing. So here I am, loving Florida living in my new house with views, and after all was said and done, I made a new friend. Joan McMahon was just wonderful through the whole ordeal. Eileen is a consummate professional alongside being extremely helpful personally. She is trusting, honest and diplomatically presents all aspects of buying and selling a new home. Her countless and tireless help with us being out-of-town buyers was so appreciative and she does it with ease and joy! In addition, her partner Brian provides extra, extra help and you never go without someone available to help you with your transaction. Brian even did a Facetime walk-through video with us. Words cannot express how grateful and appreciative of the services we received from Barbara Wong! We are 1st time home buyers, a military family, living in Boston area. We were skeptical of buying a home out of state and unware of the entire home buying process. As we were learning about the area where we wanted to buy, we kept reading recommendations regarding Barb. When we learned she was a military spouse and accustomed to our unique situation and challenges, we decided to continue forward. Barb carefully listened and delivered on showing us homes that met our needs and wishes. She gave us her honest assessment, not just on the homes and property, but the neighborhood, community, schools, traffic etc. When we were unable to physically walk-through a home, she without reservation, made arrangements with our extended family who lived nearby, to walk through with her and Face Time the entire tour with us. Barb is detailed oriented, patient, and honest. To say that she is available anytime, day or night, and that no question is too silly for her is an understatement! She immediately responds to text messages, phone calls, and emails, no matter day or night! She clearly explained things and answered all our questions. She has a firm understanding of the VA loan process, as well as FL preparedness and home insurance requirements.Her referrals are spot on, making the home buying process seamless and stress free. Lastly, Barb will fight for her clients to the very end. On our final walk through of the home, right before we signed the closing papers, we found the home in unacceptable condition. Barb immediately was in contact with the seller’s agent and demanded immediate action. She understands that buying a home is a huge financial commitment and will do whatever it take to make the entire process easy and stress free. We cannot thank Barb enough!!! We look forward to working with her again, when the time comes.

Barbara Wong was incredible to work with! She ensured we got exactly what we wanted, worked with us during evening and weekend hours, and handled situations as they arose with the sellers in order to eliminate the stress on us as the buyers. As a military spouse, she understood the unique position we were in of having to buy/deal with paperwork/contracts from out of state, and she patiently made sure we understood everything we were going to sin. She is a consummate professional, who takes nothing but the best care of her clients, and it was a complete pleasure to have her as our realtor. I HIGHLY recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future to buy/sell!
