Kristy did an exceptional job helping us sell our house. She went above and beyond on all aspects. We live out of state and she routinely made sure the property was in great condition, treating the home like it was hers. Anna has found her niche in life with her career in real estate. Having had a career in real estate for 14 yrs. myself, I have encountered some of best and some of the worst agents. Anna is one of the best! Although we had a rather wide price range, she did not hesitate to show us what we requested. And to her credit, she sent a couple of properties that didn't exactly fit the mold of what we were looking for....and the home we purchased was one of those! She passionately (and patiently) answered our many questions. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she researches it and confirms the information that she passes on. It was a pleasure to allow Anna to guide us and represent all of our interests in buying our home in Englewood, Florida. Jeff and I will be her customers for life and will recommend her to all.

Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are professional and detailed. They worked together non stop to make sure that we were able to sell our house during the Christmas season. Jamie did such detailed work in the staging of our house that we were able to sell it by showing it online to out of town customers on the first day of the listing. Chris Van Vliet worked tirelessly with us night and day to make sure all paperwork was done in a timely manner and made the selling smooth for us. I highly recommend the team of Jamie and Chris Van Vliet to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a house. This is the second time we have had their assistance in making our changing dreams come true. They are outstanding!

Cathy was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was a first-time home buyer and very naive to this process. She helped me every step of the way, was very patient, and was always willing to go out of her way to make sure the job got done. Couldn't have closed on my first house without her.
