I cannot say enough good things about Michael Saunders and specifically the Team of Peter Mann and Tammy Kitt. We bought our property in Venice Florida during the height of the real estate bubble and found ourselves in an upside down situation. We had to move from Florida in 2006 due to employment but could not sell at that time. In October of 2017 we found that we were in a position to sell. We were lucky enough to meet Peter and Tammy who guided us through the process which for us was a bit long. We were in CT and they took care of each and every detail, ensuring that the property was taken care of. Finding and meeting vendors for any issues we had along the way. It took us over a year to sell our property, we never thought for even a second to change realtors because we knew that Peter and Tammy were doing all they could (and more) to sell our property and make sure that we were happy with the end result. I'm honestly not sure how we would have made it through the process without them!

Absolutely excellent! Debra was a wonderful advisor from the start to finish process of selling our house. She always provided us with feedback from the people who viewed our house. We really felt we could trust Debra's advice and suggestions while our house was for sale and when it sold. She is a very knowledgeable agent. We would highly recommend Debra as an agent.

Jody was wonderful to work with and was amazing. My husband and I had one day to find a house as we were relocating from DC. She was patient and provided us with such useful information for us first time home buyers. Through Jody's help we were able to close in record time and truly felt we were well taken care of even after closing. Absolutely recommend working with her and would definitely use her again.
