Would like to thank you for your assistance in selling our house. Your system in the U.S. is so different (and better) than our own in the U.K and you guided us through it perfectly. Your knowledge of the market and suggestions were invaluable, and how you ever slept we will never know, to have someone at the end of a phone 12 hours a day, 7 days a week is unheard of.

Carolina is very knowledgeable and is very accommodating. Very professional and will go the extra mile to keep everyone's requests and demands met within reason , dropping off the key for the buyer, when they needs to inspect the property. Carolina found a buyer for our house in under one week.

Dianne listed a property for us and was diligent in obtaining a buyer, but was also a great cheerleader when we had to extend the contract 4+ times before the buyers could get acceptable financing. Dianne also found us a property in an area we had requested she follow for any possible property available. Dianne was again "on top of " our concerns and worked with all parties to ensure a smooth, timely closing. Not only is she a true professional, know the market, but she also makes you feel she is a "friend" when working for you.
