Katy was my agent and she was fantastic. I live in Massachusetts and Katy guided me through the entire process. She made me feel very comfortable throughout. We talked about the reasonableness of my offer and once it was accepted, Katy helped me with all the inspections and back and forth that go with a purchase. She shared an insurance referral (which was awesome), an attorney for closing and title search (another excellent experience) and just made everything as easy as it could be for me. I will recommend Katy and your company to my friends.
