Kiley is the best!! We had a few stumbling blocks selling my home but she stayed on top of it every day without fail and kept me updated every day as well!! She definitely goes above and beyond to do whatever it takes!! If I would ever sell again.. which I can’t imagine as she found us a beautiful home, I would absolutely turn to Kiley!!

We had an extremely positive experience with our realtor, Alain Gardner. It has been such a pleasure working with you for these past 20 weeks. You have been such a meticulous and hard working realtor for us. Every time that we wandered into open houses that we just came across during our travels, we would meet that realtor and say how thankful we were to have YOU as our realtor. We really appreciated how carefully you researched the condominium units which would take our 45 pound Siberian Husky. Without you, we would never have found San Lino. We also appreciated how you took the time to answer all of our questions, and to research answers to questions that came up along the way. We also appreciated how you always returned our phone calls within a few minutes. We want to say a huge thank you for everything that you have done for us. Thank you also for the patience that you have always shown to us as we switched back and forth from condominiums to villas to houses and back to condominiums. I first met Susan in May 2015 at the recommendation of another of her customers. During the next three years, Susan has been both patient and indefatigable on my behalf. She ultimately introduced me to 711 Palm in downtown Sarasota, where I have now purchased a unit scheduled for completion early next year. Recently my husband and I purchased a condominium with the help of Robin Sullivan. Robin was very helpful and professional. She maintained the difficult balance of advising along with listening to our wishes. Once a decision to purchase was made she was very efficient in the handling of all the important details. We sailed through a very quick and smooth closing making it a pleasure to work with Robin. We applaud Michael Saunders for the quality of agents and the smooth running organization. This review for Mark Boehmig is the first review I have ever done online. I'm writing the review because I think it's important for people to be able to identify professionals that they would want to work with when they needed to sell a home in the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. As an attorney I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents over the years. I recently had to sell my mother's condo in Bradenton after she had moved back to Connecticut to be closer to me and my family. The condo had not been lived in for several years and as a result it needed some work. Mark was able to help me get the needed repairs accomplished without me needing to be there. He arranged to meet the contractors at the condo and checked the work after the work was done. I had no problems with any of the contractors he recommended. He had to go to the condo more times than I could count in order to get the work completed. I can't tell you all the crazy things he had to deal with and he dealt with all of them in a very patient, professional and personal manner. It was also a great comfort knowing that Mark was taking care of everything in a way that was conscious of our budget. He also gave valuable advice about which repairs should be done and what expenses we could leave to the next owner. Mark always communicated with us about any activity taking place with the listing. We had several offers over a couple of months before we got one we felt we could accept. Mark never attempted to pressure us to take an offer just to sell the property and was very helpful in evaluating each offer. Mark was available by phone to answer my questions and promptly returned all phone calls. Mark was very understanding and considerate about those things that were important to my family. He gave good practical advice about the process and dealing with all offers. He is bright and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Bradenton. I found Mark to be extremely trustworthy, genuine and eager to be helpful in any way he can. I don't think I could have found a realtor to do more to be more helpful than Mark was. I can't recommend him highly enough as a real estate professional.
