I first met Kiley when I brought a friend of mine into her office at Michael Saunders & Company. My friend was in town from the Hamptons looking to buy a home. Although I personally was not ready to buy when we first met, she followed up with me on the date and month that I asked her to contact me. That was six months after our initial meeting. Kiley is a professional. She is firm and persistent in her negotiating skills and was there for me through each step of the home buying process. Her engaging personality and her understanding of the local housing markets makes her an exceptional realtor. I have owned five homes. Kiley by far has proven to be the most knowledgeable and patient Realtor that I have worked with. She has a problem solving mindset. There were so many hoops that she had to jump through to get things done which I found out only after the closing. Kiley possesses all the qualities one wants when selecting their Realtor. Jim Jablonski has sold me 4 properties, and each purchase was an excellent experience, I credit the success of each purchase due to Jim’s assistance, his attention to details, and Jim’s in-depth understanding of the local market and processes. Jim was able to work around my busy schedule, did great property research, kept me informed of purchase progress, and quickly resolve any issues that arose during the purchase. In fact, one purchase was almost lost, but Jim fought for me to secure the transaction. One of the really interesting things about Jim is that he shows he cares by quickly assuaging any concerns. Overall, Jim is a great guy and enjoyable to work with. I would definitely recommend Jim Jablonski for any real estate transaction you are considering.
