Noel was attentive and responsive throughout the whole process and helped us get to closing in 30 days even with financing. She was a great negotiator and helped us save on the list price of the house. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes and we both agree that this sale was the easiest and lowest stress one we have ever had. A lot of that is due to Noel. We have emigrated from South Africa and everything was new and quite daunting to us as we did not even know a single person in Sarasota. Edie was not even the agent who worked on the house but through some miracle we got hold of her and from then on the whole process became very easy. Edie was extremely professional in everything she did but always had the human factor involved. Without Rick’s expertise, insight and patience we might still be looking, instead of settling in. Worse yet, we might have made poor decisions or a hasty purchase along the way.We started working with Rick in February of 2017, with limited time available due to our employment and our remote location in Chicago. I want to let you know what a pleasant experience it was working with Charlie to purchase a new home and sell our old one. He kept us fully informed every step of the way - making sure all deadlines were met, inspections and closings were scheduled in a timely fashion and just being a nice guy who was happy to help all along the way. In the purchase phase, Charlie found us our new home within a week and we closed on schedule within 60 days. In the listing and sale phase, we were under contract with a buyer in less than 3 weeks and closed ahead of schedule…all like clockwork. It was a very pleasant experience.

I cannot thank Deanna enough for the service she gave me. She "held my hand" through all the bumps along the way and was there waiting for me at the end. Helping someone whom you have never met and lives in another state presents a unique set of issues to deal with respect to real estate transactions and she handled my situation easily and in a highly professional manner. Debra Pitell-Hauge was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new home, as well as assisting us with the sale of our previous one. She is very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way.
