JoDene Moneuse was both the listing agent and our agent during the sale.It can sometimes be difficult to have the same agent acting as both the sellers and buyers representative. I believe JoDene acted fairly and provided all the information for a mutually acceptable deal. Once the negotiation phase was finished she helped us with the closing process. Since we were out of town for most of it this process she made things a lot easier. She offered us several choices for services that needed to be done so that we could then make our independent choices. JoDene also became our agent for the sale of our Condo at 4390 Exeter. I believe she did a great job at representing and arranging the property for sale. She would make her suggestions and listen to what we wanted during the process and was very respectful of our decisions. She is always happy and energetic and ready to jump in and help us out. My wife and I have been dealing with Bambi Utton of your Plantation office in Venice since 2015. She acted as our agent in the sale of our villa in Plantation and the purchase of a home in Venice Golf & CC. She has been our agent this year in the purchase of our new home in The Reserve in Plantation and is also our agent on our home in Venice Golf which will go to closing on April 20. My husband and I were very pleased with Derryle Berger. Our home was on the market one day and we got the offer that was acceptable. Derryle took very good care of us and our side of the deal. She is an exceptional realtor and we would highly recommend her to anyone that wishes to sell or buy a home. I stumbled upon a property and contacted the listing agent, Dana Preston. The property was beautiful and sold quickly and had back up offers in place. That was the start of a relationship and friendship with Dana that would continue over the next year. Dana made the entire process such an easy and enjoyable experience. We wanted to thank you for the excellent job that you did for us in purchasing our new condo in Osprey. You seem to have an innate ability to zero in on the desires of people and what they want in property. You realized very quickly, that we wanted a quiet location, but with excellent views of the bay or gulf locations. This condo seems to fit our wishes very well and it took only about 3 or 4 days to make our choice. Not only did you show us the real estate possibilities, but also fine restaurants and shopping opportunities available in this area. We made our minds up in those 3 to 4 days to move here to replace our St. Croix house that we have loved for 21 years. Thanks so much for all of your help and expertise!

Stuart has done a great job of working with my parents to sell their second home in Bradenton. It was no easy task as my Mom is a 25 yr retired Realtor! He was very professional and respectful that she knew how it all goes. They received an offer on their house when he was out of town attending his daughter’s wedding overseas, but stayed on top of the situation and we now have a deal! He has been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to others. Wish I had one like him in Nashville!
