We found Ron Paul to be very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us excellent service and went out of his way to accommodate us. We feel happy that we had Ron Paul show us the properties and gave us some great insights on the surrounding areas. His knowledge of the structures of homes of the area was very helpful. Stuart has done a great job of working with my parents to sell their second home in Bradenton. It was no easy task as my Mom is a 25 yr retired Realtor! He was very professional and respectful that she knew how it all goes. They received an offer on their house when he was out of town attending his daughters wedding overseas, but stayed on top of the situation and we now have a deal! He has been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to others. Wish I had one like him in Nashville!

Working with Cecile and John on our condo purchase on Longboat Key has been fantastic. No doubt the best real estate experience we have ever had. I can't imagine using anyone else but them in the future. If there were 6 stars I would give one.

I interviewed 3 highly recommended realtors to sell my home. I chose Linda because she had the experience and most importantly enthusiasm I was looking for. She came very prepared for our first meeting. I knew she would be my cheerleader! She appreciated and understood all the hard work and effort I had put into my home. Malihe was the perfect choice for our long-distance purchase of a Longboat Key property! Knowing that we were going to be in town for only one day to visit properties, Malihe sent us several listings ahead of time to narrow our choices. Malihe set aside the entire day for us and carefully planned our schedule to best optimize our time. When we arrived, she gave us a handout for each property to take notes and drove us to each of our selected properties. Throughout the day, she communicated with the property owners/agents as to when to expect our arrival. In addition to touring us through the properties, Malihe also showed us the various neighborhood amenities. Clearly, Malihe is intimately familiar with Longboat Key and all that it has to offer. By the end of the day, we had chosen a property and Malihe guided us through the offer and negotiation process. After our offer was accepted, Malihe provided recommendations for mortgage, title and insurance vendors in order to facilitate our long-distance closing. We’re excited about our new Longboat Key home and can’t thank Malihe enough for her professionalism and kindness!
