Yvonne was a delight to work with! She was very energetic and very focused on selling our home in a timely matter. She was always professional in her appearance and manner. Her suggestions for staging our home were spot-on, and with the professional photographer she enlisted, our house sold in two weeks! Yvonne was open to our opinions and suggestions throughout the entire process, which was very refreshing. She protected our interests as the seller throughout the negotiations with the buyer. She was always available to us through text, email and phone any day of the week. We highly recommend her to other sellers and buyers, and would be available as a reference for her.

Rudy Dudon was very thorough and helpful from start to finish with our property purchase. He and Allison were very helpful in helping us find the right condo for our family. It was definitely our pleasure to work with both of them. With the previous owner living in England, us living in Ohio, and the Condo being in Florida, he made the closing process easier than we had expected. We appreciate all that he did for us!

We listed our condo with Dianne upon a recommendation of a friend. She provided us with excellent information, stayed on task, and was always available to answer our questions. There were some complications with our condo sale, but Dianne knew how to guide us through them. We always felt that she was taking care of us personally. Dianne is incredibly competent and we would recommend her in a second.
