Shawna is, without a shred of doubt, the most incredible real estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She completes every task in the complicated process with poise, accuracy, and diplomacy. She’s quick at solving problems that arise and has solutions for every contingency. I seriously can’t imagine finding an agent at any real estate company in Florida with her complex abilities. My wife Cheryl, who in past years had a real estate license and practiced for over 20 year, states she has never encountered an agent anywhere near as talented and professional as Shawna. We are very grateful to Larry for all the assistance he gave us in purchasing our new home. We met Larry at an open house and immediately felt comfortable with him and appreciated the knowledge he had in that particular community. Since he made us feel so at ease at the open house, we later contacted him, telling him the type of property we were interested in and he was quick to followup when those types of homes came on the market. He was very easy to work with, a good listener, following up on each of our questions in a timely manner. Katy worked patiently with us four nearly four years while we waited to sell our old home, moved to our new location, and started looking for a new home. She regularly found acceptable properties in the weeks we worked together and we made several offers which were rejected. She went back with other offers. Ultimately we found a property in a subdivision she had told us about. She is charming and cheerful (even early in the morning) and, although her usual working area was circumscribed, she knew a lot about properties in the surrounding areas. In short she was a joy to work with.

From the moment we met you at your Sarasota office, to the day we closed on our purchase thirty days later, we knew we had made the right decision to work with you. On the day we met, you took the time to listen to our needs and wants, arranged for a full day of visiting homes based on our “wish list”, patiently drove us around to visit several of those properties and told us about places of interest in the Bradenton area, the area we fell in love with. You were amazing helping us through the process while we were back home. This included arranging for home inspections, walking us through the condo experience, and even arranged to have a few keys made and couriered to us. Katy was delightful as we spent several days looking at homes. She earned our business because she was the first to respond to our online query as we began our house hunt in Germany. She was able to help us figure out which houses met our needs and which ones just weren’t a good fit. We really appreciated her input as homes in Florida were quite a bit different from other homes we’ve owned. Her knowledge of codes and contractors’ practices were valuable pieces of information as we narrowed our search. We couldn’t be happier in our new home! Thank You Katy!

Katy McBrayer is beyond outstanding! She is dedicated, taking my questions and concerns at all hours; extremely knowledgeable both of the area the houses were located and the SRQ market; and just a super sweet personality. She has done her homework so she knew what the home needed done to it, to best prepare it to sell plus she has connections with people who can get the job done promptly and at a reasonable price. I have to rate Katy five stars. She listened to what I wanted but also gave me a reality check as needed. She has done an amazing job selling two West-of-Trail homes for me. I have recommend her to friends who are in the market to buy or sell. We are living in our dream home on Manasota Key now, but should we ever decide to sell, Katy is our girl! She is a true asset whether you are buying or selling.
