Linda was instrumental in helping us find our home in Sarasota in 2015, we moved from Boston and did not know the area well. Linda took us everywhere we were interested in and helped us narrow down our choices to what what right for our family. She negotiated well and we got a great price. Recently, we had to unexpectedly move to Michigan after only 2 years in our new home for an excellent career opportunity. We enlisted Linda to help us sell the same house we bought working with her, and for the sale Linda and Chantelle Hidalgo (Linda’s fantastic assistant) helped us every step of the way. We had to move to Michigan before the house went on the market so that was a stressful process and they were both there for us every step of the way. Linda and Chantelle helped us handle any complications or repairs that needed to be done while we were far away and that is true professionalism and commitment. We are so happy Linda negotiated quite well with the buyers and our house sold.

David has been a great resource for my wife and I. He has helped us keep our property occupied with quality renters. When problems arise concerning the property or renters he has informed us in a timely manner. He is easy to work with when negotiating who does what to get things done. Most importantly: HE ANSWERS HIS PHONE! I am sorry to hear he is moving on to new responsibilities, but wish him well in his new endeavors. I know he will fare well.
