I was in Hanoi when I learned from Mary Ann that closing on the lot had been completed. That was ironical inasmuch as the money we used to purchase the property had been earned by my year of slogging and fighting in rice paddies, remote villages, jungles and cities a few hundred miles south of Hanoi 42 years ago. It wasn't a lot of money but it seemed like a lot to a recently married couple about to begin a family--and it was hard-earned. Since Mary Ann contacted me to let me know the sale had been completed, we've had time and cause to reflect on the many years that have passed since we purchased the land. We both agree that the most pleasing aspect of the entire process was having met you, if only by phone, fax and email. Your dedication and determination in supporting us was remarkable in many respects--not the least of which were a lot of hours and aggravation for such a small return. You are a true professional and wonderful at what you do. It's always nice to meet good people. Mary Ann and I convey our sincere thanks and deep appreciation. We will be forever grateful.

Just a note to let you know of our wonderful experience we had working with Debra Pitell-Hauge. We worked with Debra prior to coming in July over the phone and via email, looked at approximately 15 homes in 3 days on a world-wind trip down here and found the one! Debra was so easy and accommodating to work with, very knowledgeable of the area, what to look for in a home here in Florida and really worked with us within our budget. Her vast experience really shined through! She helped recommend a bank and also MSC Title for the closing. Again, we couldn't be more pleased with Debra and we are loving our new home in Bradenton!

I am writing to you to express my appreciation and to highlight the outstanding, professional job Debra Pitell-Hauge did with assisting my wife Virginia and me in our recent condominium purchase. Virginia and I felt at ease as soon as we met her in the Ritz Carlton Hotel lobby and our comfort level increased the more time we spent together discussing our interests, the broader real estate market and viewing properties. Her wisdom, guidance and diligence were keys to our experience and her efforts clearly made the situation less stressful than it could have been. I want to particularly highlight the work Debra completed while Virginia and I stayed in New York including participating in the condo inspection, photographing and completing a detailed inventory of the furnishings as well as conducting the final walk-through prior to closing. She also acted as a critical conduit between our Sarasota based real estate lawyer, our mortgage broker and the seller's property agent. Debra is truly a professional and I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering a property transaction in the Sarasota area.

I was most impressed by the professionalism and care taken by Debra Pitell in the sale of my Siesta Key home. Although the house never reached the advertising stage, she prepared the sale package extremely well and was most helpful in providing people to get It ready for sale. In a nutshell, if every real estate sales associate was gifted with the professionalism, efficiency, communication skills, intelligence and personality of Debra Pitell, your industry would never suffer a bad name. She is a jewel ... and I never even met her, as this entire transaction was handled by phone and fax. Debra stayed right on top of rapid developments, was an excellent advocate for our interests, went the extra mile to help get the furniture out of the house, coordinated other things that had to be done and I couldn't manage from 1,500 miles away - simply spectacular performance. I have recommended her to other friends in Sarasota.
