No. Behind the pond is not available to build. only where the trees are the building areas. The pond is a state pond (DEP) for the subdivision.

Richard did a fine job as the transaction broker on our recent purchase in Lakewood Ranch. He was on top of getting the deal done listening and even pulling the Broker to work some magic. Toward closing, he was always advising next steps and on actions required. He knows the area and introduced us to many amenities of LWR and the University Park communities while assisting in finding the right house for us. He does not get discouraged with our indepth questions and even finds the next answer.

My wife an I meet with Todd Fisk. he listened to our wants and needs. We met the next day to look at home . We were surprised that Todd had done so much homework on our case. He was like working with a friend. He was able to show us just what we wanted plus he came up with some new ideas on homes we would have never thought of. By the time we were done we had a real friend in Todd. You cannot do better then to deal with Todd. GREAT JOB TODD

My wife, Cheryl, and I recently completed the sale of our home in University Park Country Club and purchased a new home in the Esplanade in Lakewood Ranch. We had spent twenty years in our UPCC home after moving every 2-3 years during the previous 30 years. Bernadette Caswell and Linda Driggs worked with us to sell and Bernadette worked on the new purchase. Even with the vast experience of the prior moves, Cheryl and I were very apprehensive about moving after twenty years. I am writing to let you know that Bernadette and Linda were superb throughout the process and we could not have been more pleased with the results. They were tenacious, thoughtful, creative and more than met all our expectations. The UPCC home was not an easy sell and we needed more than a little bit of luck. But their response was fantastic when the opportunity presented itself. We very much appreciate them and your entire organization for a good experience.
