Michael's communication with my wife and I throughout the process was outstanding. He always made himself available for discussion whenever we needed information. He stayed on top of all activities, making sure that we understood what the next steps were and also what we needed to do. Michael's coordination of activities made this purchase as painless as is possible. He always told us what he was going to do, did what he said, and communicated back that it was done. This was true during negotiations, inspections, and all other activities. He was our eyes and ears as we are not located in Florida. His advise was open and honest, and his property descriptions were "Spot On". All of this helped us quickly arrive at a fair purchasing price. We are early risers, and several times we communicated before 6:00 am as we were both in our cars. I highly recommend Michael Habony as a realtor, and have already passed his name on several other potential clients.

You want a real estate agent whose expertise will carry you through the entire process, then look no further. Eileen Gillen is such a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and concerned that you purchase just the right home to suit your needs. Her customer service attitude is A+. One of the most sincere agents we have ever worked with and she has lots of helpful information and contacts if you are new to the area. Went through a number of homes before choosing and Eileen was always cheerful and patient through the entire process. Kudos to Eileen--she comes highly recommended from these buyers!

Larry did an outstanding job in selling our home! It was sold in one day at full asking price - you can't ask for more than that in a real estate agent. He has excellent follow through and attention to detail as we managed the many aspects of the selling process. Larry knows the Sarasota housing market and provided excellent advice. Michael was very patient with us as foreign investors and explained everything we were not familiar with. He let us feel as if we were his only clients. We can highly recommend him for foreign investors but probably for anybody else, too.
