Paul was very professional, scheduling showings and rearranging his schedule at times to accommodate us. At the end of that first day we saw a house we really liked. We went back another time during our visit and a few days later put in an offer. The house was a foreclosure so the process was different than standard but Paul answered all the questions we had and was always available. My husband and I worked with Meghan at Ski Country Real Estate this summer, as we were interested in purchasing a condo before the next ski season. Meghan was amazing, and luckily for us, incredibly patient. I doubt we would be considered the dream buyers that a realtor would want to deal with as we initially waffled between a house and a condo and we regularly showed up to view homes with both kids and dogs in tow. She never batted an eye and she made us feel like we were long lost friends, even going out of her way to engage our children who miraculously enjoyed the process. Most helpful was her knowledge about the area and her willingness to listen to what we wanted. In addition to the condos that we asked to see, she showed us several others that she thought would meet our needs…and we bought one! Meghan was always very timely with her communication and had wonderful recommendations for services to use (lawyer, inspector), which was so helpful since we live out of state. She was there every step of the way and made the entire buying process stress-free. Even after the deal was complete Meghan continued to assist us as she graciously agreed to help my younger brother and his girlfriend locate their first apartment together and she also provided a lovely housewarming gift that was waiting for us when we arrived at our new condo. We have had a number of real estate transactions over the last 20+ years and Meghan and the team at Ski Country put all of our other experiences to shame. Barbara was absolutely fantastic in every way! She and partner John went over the top to help us with what was a somewhat difficult transaction, being a short sale. Her advice and service were excellent. We feel we got a great deal and absolutely love the condo! While I have been a professional musician for over 40 years, I am also a licensed realtor in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada. Our company prides itself on customer service so I know whereof I speak! My wife and I can't say enough great things about Barbara, and she continues to help us now even after the transaction has completed.

From the first meeting, Marilyn had every detail covered. From the creation of the listing web page to the closing, she was extremely professional and kept us informed of what was happening. At no time was there any reason for us to be concerned. We could not have asked for a better agent to represent our interests. I am writing to express my appreciation of the exceptional service provided by Susan Katanic throughout my recent home buying experience. Not having purchased a house in 33 years, in addition to the long distance, was a rather daunting endeavor however Susan managed to facilitate a smooth process. From our first contact she listened to all my housing requirements and went to work immediately to identify relevant properties. When we made a house hunting trip to the to the area in late September Susan had prepared a portfolio of properties complete with a logistical map and she was more than willing to add other properties that I had identified. We found a property of interest that we closed on 6 weeks later! Susan assisted every step of the process for which I am most grateful. Susan’s professionalism and knowledge are only exceeded by her warmth. I found her to be client focused as she was totally available, extremely responsive and thorough. I had complete confidence in her judgement. As indicated being from so far away was challenging and Susan could not have been more accommodating navigating all the many particulars.
