After interviewing a number of Realtors we chose Tama Traberman to represent our property. Her knowledge and experience with the Longboat Key market combined with her straightforward communication skills and use of technology, made Tama the best choice for our long-distance sale. In addition, Tama had been maintaining a passive relationship with us via her "market update" mailings which we saw as forward thinking on her part. When we decided to sell, those updates provided the background and data to prepare and support our listing decisions. From our Listing Contract Agreement to the Contract for Sale and through to the Home Inspection Report, she kept us informed and assisted us in regard to: how our property fit into the available inventory, negotiating an acceptable sale price, to finalizing the details to close.
