The Michael Saunders' team was excellent. From the time we were put in contact with Karen, as we lived out of state, she worked with our schedule to show us properties and to understand our requirements. We received emails with listings that became available in the various neighborhoods that interested us. Once we found the house in which we were interested, Karen prepared our offer and negotiated the deal for us, arranged for the inspection and the final walk through; all the while corresponding with us and keeping us informed of any progress. She made everything easy and the settlement went off without a problem. Thank you Karen!

Cindy was a miracle worker and my only regret was that we didn’t find her soon. Selling my Dad’s house was tricky with three siblings in three states. We had a less than aggressive first realtor with another agency, then changed to Cindy, who sprung into action. Her state of the art marketing and feedback loop was great. Cindy was positive and solution focused and made us feel like we were her top priority. She tackled every challenge and gave smart guidance. Cindy was fabulous and I’d highly recommend her services.

After looking at several homes with various agents, including Betsy, we decided we needed to go with one agent. It was an easy choose, Betsy was the one. Nobody else came close to what we were looking for in an agent. Betsy is extremely knowledgeable. As we narrowed the search, she pinpointed the positives and negatives of each property we were considering. She really did her research on the homes we were looking at. When we found our house, she walked us through all the steps of the purchasing process right through the closing. We are extremely happy with the home Betsy helped us purchase and would highly recommend her to anybody selling or purchasing a home.
