I've done business with quite a few real estate (commercial and residential) agents, and I have to say that Ben is leaps ahead of ones I've dealt with in the past. He is knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and most of all...willing to go that extra mile to make the deal work for his customers. He is very responsive and attentive. Here is what Jane did for us: she sold our home in Greenbrook while we were in Massachusetts and did the following: facilitated the paperwork on the sale, personally wrapped all of the kitchen as well as all our personal objects, hired a moving company to move all our belongings to a storage facility nearby, stored our car in her garage until we came back to Florida, found a rental for us when we came back in May so we could look around for another house which we purchased with her as the co broker. Jane then supervised the move of the furniture and housewares to our New House, helped us set up, and continued to consult with us on the painting. We have purchased four homes in our lifetime, and never had this kind of attention and caring. She knows what her clients need and she delivers!

Matt is an incredible realtor. He really gets the job done unlike other realtors that I've encountered. He sold my property quickly and made sure I get daily reports from him about how things are going. I really appreciated how he cared from day one up to the signing of all the closing papers.

Matt & Jenny are an absolute pleasure to work with and go out of their way to help in any way possible. We have now owned 2 houses and used them to buy both and sell our first. Matt & Jenny do an excellent job of giving you the information you need on the market and help you get what you want out of your house. They had our house sold before our professional photos could even be taken!! They were always available to us right away, to give us feedback, talk us through a step of the process, or just help calm our nerves. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt & Jenny. If you are buying or selling a house, you want to work with Matt & Jenny, you won't find anyone nicer, more knowledgeable, or better at their job!

Let me be the first to mention the high level of anxiety and stress that comes with selling your house. Is the home going to sell for enough to stay on track to pay realtor fee's and stay on budget for the new house? These types of questions can be nerve racking. My wife and I had a meeting with Amy Rakouskas when we were still trying to decide on the right realtor with the right rea lestate agency. Amy had obviously done her homework on multiple levels to prepare her strategy to sell our home. We liked Amy and agreed with her strategy. The home staging for photos was incredible. Amy made a very modest home look several levels more upscale. Our home had agents requesting walk-throughs before ever hitting the MLS. Within a day of hitting the MLS Amy had multiple offers coming in. Amy sold our house within a day or two for over the asking price. To this day, my wife and I continue to tell everyone that comes along what a fantastic, professional job Amy did. We would recommend Amy Rakouskas to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home.
