I acquired the assistance of your Englewood, Florida office to sell my house in Englewood. The agent I made the contract with is Anna Wagenseil. I worked in the psychology field all my working life and feel I am a pretty good judge of character. When my wife and I first met with Ms. Wagenseil we felt she would be a good pick to represent us in all the transactions to sell our house. Her character and professionalism was easy to spot as a well qualified and good choice to be our real estate agent. Anna stayed in contact with us throughout the sale of our house. If she was not available when we called her, she always called back quickly. As we approached typical hurdles in real estate transactions, Anna dealt with them calmly and quickly while educating us all the while. In the end, Anna's representation helped us get more than the asking price and the house sold over the weekend. Anna even tried to help us find a temporary place to live. As you can see from the above, my wife and I are very happy with Michael Saunders and their agent Anna Wagenseil. If we ever need real estate services again we would certainly be seeking out Anna and we have been informing all our friends of our good fortune in finding Anna.

Several years ago my wife and I were in a situation needing a house after we sold our house faster than we expected, we found Debbie through a mutual friend. Debbie was awesome in locating us a new place to live were we raised our three daughters, now we have two grandsons so we decided to move, guess who we called, thats right Debbie. We were not aware that we would get two dedicated agents, thanks to Debbie and Kristi we sold our home in no time. They did open houses along with tons of advertising. Thanks to these two we were able to move closer to our grandsons. Thanks ladys.
