Pleasure to work with Carol from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, many years of experience in the Boca Grande market and deep personal and professional ties to the area. Handled a variety of details that I would not have expected beyond the scope of representing our home to the market. Highly recommend Carol whether you are listing or buying on Boca Grande. George Myers and Hannah Hillyard did a great job handling the sale of our beach vacation home on Anna Maria. They were completely professional in every aspect in getting us to the finish line. Most of all, George and Hannah communicated with us on a regular basis, which was a breath of fresh air after our unsuccessful experience with another agent. We were very satisfied with their work!

The first and second homes in Burnt Store Marina Jennifer sold us went great! However, this third experience was over the top. Jennifer and Makala were flawless as we were Kentucky. If a fourth home is in our future I’ll be calling Jennifer.

I am extremely satisfied with Joan McMahon in the recent experience of selling my Nokomis home.. She was referred to me by my friend and neighbor of 38 years, Laura, who I contacted initially. As an agent Robyn was amazing … I will tell you thru ten years of dealing with the worst we finally found the best…Robyn went over, beyond and above what we were used to ….she was professional and caring and helped us thru a stressful time and made our home purchase an easy transition. It should also go without saying that Mr. Bakker has a great amount of talent and knowledge in the commercial arena and has been successful in assisting us with identifying a grade A commercial tenant for us. I believe in an institution that will resonate a positive vibe even in seeing the name on a plaque. It is my belief that your name does just that! In so doing it attracts sincere talent like Bobbie, Ben and repeat customers such as ourselves!

Steve Harris was "great". He was honest-helpful and answered all our questions. Was present for the home inspection and made sure everything was done by closing. Attended the closing and wished us well with our new home. We are very happy that we will still get to see him around Beach Harbor Club!!!
