It took a long time and a supreme effort on your part to stay with it and get it completed. We knew from the beginning when we bought the condo with your help that you were the only one we would work with when it came time to sell it. What you had to go through in the dealings with the other agents and the buyers would have sent most agents running for the door. Even when out of state, you worked tirelessly to make sure our sale was completed and our best interests served. When all is said and done, it was your effort that finalized the deal. Eileen Gillen is the most professional and knowledgeable Real estate agent I have ever dealt with.She listened intently to our needs and within 3hours of our initial call she showed us 7properties and had emailed us numerous other possibilities. All of the paperwork was thorough well explained by her and prompt.Also we had many questions during the process of which she answered all in a timely manner.The negotiations were pressure free and again she was very helpful,prompt,and complete.Eileen has numerous recommendations for contractor services and even handled our property inspection because we were unable to be there!! I cannot say enough about Eileen s knowledge professionalism and the ease she makes of the whole process.She caters to every whim of her clients and leaves no stone unturned.
