I hired Elizabeth Gardini to sell my father’s property in Venice and could not have been more grateful for her assistance and counsel or impressed with her work ethic and performance. She was professional, knowledgable, dogged, meticulous, smart, thorough, reassuring, patient, creative, and a delight with which to work – in every way. My father had passed away, so the property was part of an estate that was complicated by five other interested but unhelpful beneficiaries. We had to clean out Dad’s place, constantly address incessant questions from beneficiaries, address legal matters, find trustworthy professionals to do repairs, have work repairs done that were long overdue, and address issues pre- and post-Hurrican Irma. Throughout, Elizabeth went well beyond my expectations providing ideas, recommendations, and reassurance, creatively presenting the property, balancing offers, communicating comprehensively and proactively, solving problems as they arose with calm and finesse. She was particularly adept at tactfully, professionally, and successfully handling my high emotions and demands from potential buyers. Further, at the ultimate closing, the title company hired by the buyer to do the closing had not done due diligence and, yet again, Elizabeth stepped up above and beyond by investigating issues that arose the day before the purchase and aggressively advocating for me to the perfect resolution. The closing happened as scheduled and without any hiccups on our end, as a sole result of Elizabeth. I am convinced that without her wisdom, advocacy, tenacity, problem-solving skills, and initiative, the sale would have been delayed and likely been bumped into 2018. I can not say enough good about Elizabeth Gardini or the Michael Saunders & Company real estate firm. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone who wants to make a sale in the state of Florida. She is a gem and a thorough professional. I am grateful for her and all that she did to assist me with the sale and beyond. She is an extraordinary asset on your team.

Janis and Ron Collier did a superb job of selling our condo in downtown Sarasota. We listed with Sandy after our neighbors had a successful sale with her. Sandy Limberger did a great job for us. She helped us determine a realistic asking price and then marketed the property beautifully. She was a calm and rational voice, as she guided us through the process. We sold in 4 weeks as she predicted!!!! I can't thank her enough!

Above and Beyond any expectations. Excellent throughout the entire process. She helped us find the neighborhood, then the villa, then the comps that made us feel we had the 'right price' and then was helpful in assuring a timely close. Teaming with Kay Barberio completed the experience. We were treated like million dollar home buyers even though our pricepoint was lower.

Was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. This was my first experience with the Michael Saunders & Co. and plan on always using them in the future as a result of my experience. Well done going above and beyond and exceeding expectations! Kathy listened to what I said about what we were looking for and provided a personal touch to the extra information she provided.
