Our experience with Paul has been wonderful and that he truly has been providing “concierge” services throughout these past 15 months. When we initially connected with Paul long distance, he spent a significant amount of time through phone and email determining our exact needs and helping us to figure out a good match. He regularly sent us helpful information until we could schedule several trips to Florida to look at properties in-person. Paul is client-focused and goes above and beyond in many regards. He anticipated our needs and exceeded our expectations. For example, he dropped off a packet of information at our hotel prior to our arrival, drove us around for entire full days on our tight schedule, and ensured every detail was taken care of. He even offered to climb scaffolding to take video of the views from a property we were considering! Paul is very professional, detail-oriented, and patient. He is a positive person who is extremely knowledgeable about the area and seems to love his job.

I sold a condo in March 2017 and Brian was my realtor. It required quite a bit of preparation prior to being put on the market and since I live in Ky., Brian handled everything from replacing flooring, painting and much more. He kept me informed throughout the process and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would absolutely rate him 5 stars!

Lynda Long shows her ability to be the best at what she does for a living. If you're tired of those agents that come on like a fast talking car salesman, then Lynda will work for you. She's compassionate, understanding and doesn't come on as a know-it-all, but with her knowledge of the business, it speaks for itself. At the end of the day, you feel pretty good about the business transaction you just went through. Would I recommend, Lynda? Yes, hands down.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience!! Brian was very thorough while explaining everything and answering all of our questions. We were first time home buyers and he was always available to answer our many questions and to help us along with the entire process. He made the whole experience exciting, fun and stress free. We highly recommend him to all our friends and family and we will definitely be giving him a call when it comes time to selling and buying a new house!
