Sara was a dream to work with. We sold our home and purchased a new one with her assistance, and both transactions were extremely easy. Sara makes herself extremely available to her clients, and is prompt with response times. I consider myself to be a very thorough buyer when it comes to what is available on the market, but when Sara suggested a neighborhood that we had ruled out, we saw a home there, put in an offer immediately, and purchased the home. We are so happy with the house, location, and price we paid, and so glad that Sara gently urged us out of our comfort zone! Kay Barberio did a superlative job as my agent in swiftly selling the house at 143 Grant Dr, Sarasota. She worked tirelessly in assisting to resolve difficult issues promptly. Both my wife and I have previously responded to this survey. It apparently got lost somewhere. I need to say that Crystals service was way more than what we expected from a realtor. she bent over backward to get all of the information we requested and worked hard in showing us multiplayer properties until we found exactly what we wanted. The only negative in our experience was related to the listing agent who appeared to be doing as little as possible to be helpful. It looked like she was unhappy that we had worked with Crystal rather than her. Her actions and lack of cooperation in getting information to Crystal made me wonder how she was a successful in real estate as she is. Dale Buelow
