Linda was a wonderful Realtor. We were living in another state and she made us feel she was our first friend in Florida. Her vast knowledge guided us to our perfect home. She was so patient and showed us many many homes. She was there every step on the way and it was difficult as we were out of state. She even found a house for my sister and brother in-law. She is always easy to get a hold of and has answered questions even several years after we settled. If we would decide to sell she would be the one we will call

If you want the best --- call Joan. Her years of experience and calm demeanor will make buying or selling your home easy. We had a difficult sale due to our buyer's loan processor, hurricane Irma and other factors. She went above and beyond what we thought a realtor should do. It wasn't just our sale, I'm sure she does this for everyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Gladys to find our new home. She was always helpful no matter how many questions we asked, always kind and cordial, never pushy or in a hurry. She showed us many, many homes before we settled on one and she continued to help us with suggestions and sent us some discount coupons for furniture stores in the area. It would be hard to find anything to improve, we highly recommend her.

Janet Montgomery is clearly exceptional. We were only able to find the perfect house for our needs because of all of time she spent, and research she did, on our behalf. From the moment we “cold called’ her from Wisconsin, and asked if she could help us get into some of the gated communities in Sarasota so we could see what such neighborhoods looked like, she worked tirelessly on our behalf. This busy woman patiently drove us “newbies” everywhere, while pointing out the advantages, as well as disadvantages, of living in various areas of Sarasota. She patiently showed us many examples of the different styles of homes available, while we proceeded to ask a million picky questions about them. When we were back in Wisconsin, she continued to communicate promptly with us and answer all our additional questions, including after we had made an offer on our house and the hurricane happened a few days later. She ensured that the closing process went perfectly. To summarize, from the first day we met Janet, we knew we were in good hands because of her: thorough knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market, honest answers to our questions, and endless enthusiasm in helping us find the perfect house. Our pleasant experiences with her ensured that, about one year later, when we finally purchased our home, we never doubted that we had chosen the best one for us.

Many thanks and great appreciation to Marianne LeBar for exceptional service in the purchase of my home. As I was relocating from out of state, she took me around the area to familiarize me with the local shops, grocery stores, and beaches giving me the flavor of Nokomis, Sarasota and Venice. She was always available, even when on vacation, for unexpected issues that came up. Even after the home purchase, when my computer wasn't set up yet, she still took care of me. She printed out the revised home insurance paperwork that was needed for my signature and then forwarded it to the company. I always felt supported and at ease when working with her. It was like I became part of the Michael Saunders' family. Marianne is a tremendous asset to Michael Saunders & Company.

Marci McFarland was excellent. She was knowledgeable and helped us with the decision process. She was also very responsive to all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with her. Because of that experience we retained your real estate management group to help us find a renter for our home for three months while we live in our rental near by.
