Beth Ann Boyer redefines the meaning of the words "follow-through." After a year of working with another realtor who was a wealth of bad information Beth Ann brought her communication skills to the party. Often communicating via text, my questions were answered in minutes and always with a depth of information beyond my expectations. Her ability to sense our frustration and work to make the selling process as smooth as possible was remarkable. We love working with her and recommend her to anybody selling a home. She stays on top of every question and issue making the selling process as smooth as possible. While it was great to work with Nancy and Beth Ann, there's more to this story than just the sales side. In the process they both became our friends, and in fact were just at our home this past week for lunch. When the day comes that we sell this house, it'll be a listing with your office again. Also, one more observation, Jennifer Crawford in the title group made this the smoothest closing I've ever been through. Plus, we had overpaid on the real estate taxes - nobody's fault, just a function on the timing. We had a check from her within 24 hours of the okay from Manatee County. No chasing, no hassle and another amazing quality of the team you've put together!

It takes a knowledgeable realtor to not just know the market but be able to communicate with the client. Our home had been on the market for over a year with another realtor. It hadn't sold because of a nonstop barrage of bad advice. Nancy's ability to sell a home goes beyond salesmanship. Her expertise is based on everything from understanding the buying community, to recognizing the key ingredients that help move to a sale. We loved working with her and comfortably recommend her to anybody selling a home. Asking friends for a recommendation for a really good realtor we were told Nancy Phillips and Beth Ann Boyer were the best! Well, that's an understatement. We'd been "abused" by another realtor for a year and looking back were given direction that was one mistake after another. Nancy and Beth had our house as an active listing for just seven months and their advice couldn't have been more accurate. They're an incredible team giving honest feedback, whether good or bad. They didn't just make suggestions to improve the property to help it sell quicker, but put us in touch with a long list of trades people to make the improvements, and each one was outstanding to work with. They not only know the market, but get involved personally, at times taking the burden off of us to meet with contractors, etc. Our house is now sold and the best part of working with them is the friendship that's come out of our respect for their ability, knowledge and sense of Customer Service. “Nobody does it better!”

We were put in the position of having to sell my mother's condo this past October, as she had passed away in August of 2017. I was lucky, through friends, to find Joan McMahon. Finding Joan for a realtor was an answer to prayer - she is what I refer to as our angel! She was always professional but, more than that, she was so kind, helpful and caring. Michael Saunders is very fortunate to have this kind of person on their team! I am extremely pleased with my experience with Michael Saunders & Company! Sindy Carr, my real estate agent, could not have made the selling of my property any easier. She was very prompt in inspecting the property and in helping evaluate the market value. Her very professional suggestions removed much of the stress of wondering what to do next. The property sold very quickly for a very good price! Your staff at Michael Saunders & Company made sure all the proper paperwork was completed properly even though I was over nine hundred miles away in Maryland! I was very happy that I did not have to take off from work and fly down to Florida to close on the property. I will certainly use your services again should I need to buy or sell real estate property in Sarasota. I will gladly recommend to all my friends! Now that we are finally settled into our new home we wanted to take a moment and thank you for all your help, both selling our home and purchasing our new one. First of all, thank you for all the effort that went into running three open houses one week after another. That seemed to be a real trick that helped sell the house. As for the purchase of the new one, we obviously ran into some bumps with one failed purchase but once we finally found one you were very helpful in bringing it to completion.
