Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We first met Jon 7 years ago and he guided through the purchase of a short sale property. Jon made the process smooth and comfortable. From the beginning it was evident he has a keen insight of the market and current trends. Recently, he used his knowledge and experience to price, market and sell our home within 6 days along with the purchase of another property. The owner of that property has mentioned several times how much she likes "Jon" our agent and wishes she had him instead of her current representative. Jon knows what to do and how to do it the proper way. Always with his clients best interest in mind he makes sure everything is in place so there are no surprises, especially at the closing. That is when you want everything to go smoothly. We highly recommend Jon Fox to anyone. He is a great agent and more importantly a great man. 5 stars

It is difficult to describe someone as incredible as Malihe Karimi! There are no words that adequately express our feelings about her awesomeness because she is a true phenomenon!! Malihe is an extraordinary real estate agent and an amazing person. She is the ultimate professional with an unsurpassed generous heart and giving nature! These attributes in combination with each other make her absolutely remarkable!!! Her life is all about serving the needs of others before her own. Malihe is always going above and beyond what is required or expected, and it is just second nature to her. It would truly be an understatement to say that Malihe Karimi made a profound difference in our lives, and we will be forever grateful for the gift of knowing such a phenomenal person in this world!!

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how much I appreciate all the hard work that you did to help me purchase a home here in Florida. Purchasing a home is difficult enough without trying to do it from out of state. From all the phone calls. Running around taking pictures and answering countless questions that I had. You were a complete blessing and 100% professional. Your wealth of knowledge, patience and expertise helped with the process. I take great comfort in knowing that you were there for me as a homebuyer. From the very beginning through the whole process to the closing and beyond. The fact that I know that I can call you up well after I closed on my Home with any questions and your wealth of knowledge for referrals to help me as a homeowner is most comforting. Thanks to you for all of your help and knowledge I can honestly say I am thrilled with my new home. I will happily refer you to anyone and everyone that asks if I know of a good realtor. And I'm hundred percent confident I will be calling you in the future for any and all of my real estate needs thank you again for everything.

I would like to express the deep appreciation of Susan Brooker. Susan took us through the sale of my house in Plantation. Her professionalism, and thorough consideration of every detail, amazing. This was not an easy decision for me, but Susan made it as painless as possible.
