I wanted to let you know how happy and completely satisfied I was with Jaymie Carter. I interviewed 3 different realtors before selecting Jaymie. During the interview, she told me what she could do for me. She delivered everything and more that what she promised! I live in Charlotte, NC and the residence I was selling was located in FL. There were no glitches in the process. She kept an eye on the property, took care of some minor problems with the property, and then at the end of the process was able to sell the remaining contents (or donate) and sent a check for the sold property to me. Any information or help I requested, she either got for me, took care of the issue, or gave me a name for me to contact to resolve it. Kudos to Jaymie!

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with the job Janet Oberholzer did for us with regard to the sale of our mother's home. She is the ultimate professional. She was meticulous with the details. She sold the house in what I felt was record time and for much more than we thought it would sell for. I felt very comfortable with her as she is honest and a sincerely nice person. I can't say enough nice things about her. I'm also very grateful for the hardwork and good job she did. I am interested in purchasing a condo in Bradenton. Mark immediately answered my request for info on a condo I found on the internet. Since then he has been extremely helpful in finding condos that fit my needs and answering all my questions. Will meet with him in January. Ruth Belaski

We were especially pleased with the performance of our agent, Stuart Laurence, with support from his wife Laura. Stuart's engaging personality and enthusiasm made it easy for us to spend time with him. His focus never waivered from finding us the "right" buyer for our home. He was quite knowledgeable about our market and had an excellent price/value perspective. He was patient with us as we reluctantly agreed to "adjustments" to make our home more saleable in a "buyer's market" with significant competition. And when we did receive a "serious" offer, he moved quickly and consistently to lead us through the sales process all the way to closing. Everyone present at the closing on both sides of the sale commented on how "seamless" the ownership transfer went. He was a big part of that. We have agreed to employ Stuart to help us with our next step -- to purchase a smaller home in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. We expect to begin that process in the relatively near future. We commend you for developing an exceptional real estate service organization and staying abreast of the quickly changing home market situation in this area. It was a delight working with Alex Ley recently as he sold my condo in Sarasota. I found Alex to be highly responsive and after every showing I would receive a call with feedback on the showing. This was very much unlike my previous agent. Alex highly marketed my place and he sold it in a matter of weeks. He negotiated well and I received very close to my asking price. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who is really interested in selling their home.

We chose Matt as our buyers agent after meeting multiples other agents at open houses and finding his calm and professional (never pushy) approach a perfect match for our style. Matt was always extremely responsive, and knowledgeable, helping us to navigate a relatively unknown area and narrowing down our search parameters.Matt didn’t get frustrated when we altered those parameters and was quick to rework search needs and provide new options when required. Matt gave great guidance when negotiating on price but also listened and worked with us on our offers.
