To think that this amazing friend has been with us for five years helping us to find a place to call home- we feel so blessed. After listing our first home, multiple home searches over the years, changes to those searches, many house showings, putting the search on hold multiple times, changing our minds several times, putting in offers, rejected offers, starting over, and finally finding one this past week that we are very hopeful for, I can only say that Debbie has been nothing but amazing. She put up with us and our boys running around empty homes, getting a hold of other people's remote controls, Levi, Olli getting bloody at house showings and our ever-changing list of needs and wants. Although we knew her before this whole process began, she has truly become part of our family. I know it's not over yet but we can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and help throughout this whole process. You have looked out for us as if we were your own kids, and our boys talk about you all the time. We love you miss Debbie!

Just a note to tell you that we were very happy with our agent – Ms. Sally Lewis. Sally helped us find and purchase the house we needed to buy. She was aware of our needs and notified us the instant this house became available on the market. Because of the quick notice we were able to act soon enough to close the deal. Thank you Sally.

Peter Mann, was the man! I believe professionals are good if they care, and Peter cares. Considering we purchased the home without seeing it --- Peter insisted we do a face time review - we found the home was better than we expected when we actual got there. Now we just got to get to Florida more often. Peter also sold our prior home in Venice, in days. Again, a pleasant outcome. I definitely will refer Peter and your firm to all I have the opportunity to do so.

It gives us much pleasure to give you our feedback on our amazing realtor Cindy Schatzel. Terry and I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have had good experiences with most of the realtors who represented us but I must say that our experience with Cindy went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. Cindy was professional in everything she helped us with - from presenting our contract to the sellers - to the final day of closing when we still needed her input because we were doing a 1031 exchange and the condo sellers wanted to close an hour after we closed. Cindy had the energy, the knowledge, the intellect and the desire to help us in any way she could - and she did use all of those qualities to help us!! Cindy started out showing us properties with Terry and I, our two daughters, one son in law, and 4 grandchildren. The whole family was excited and happy about looking at properties and Cindy was such a delight to be with that she added to the fun. She is without a doubt the most available, most caring, most professional realtor we have ever met. She is also one of the nicest people we have ever met. We did not know Cindy before our experience in buying this condo but I hope to know her as a friend in the future! Many thanks!

I was truly blessed to have Autumn as my realtor!. The task of selling my property was quite challenging for a variety of unexpected reasons, but Autumn more than rose to the occasion. She solved problems, worked tirelessly, was ALWAYS available to me and to my multitude of "repair and upgrade" vendors, saving me endless hours of having to be present in a home where i no longer lived. Autumn's charming demeanor, her knowledge of the job and relevant market conditions, her added experience with obtaining titles, inspections, etc., her engaging wit, and her continuing friendship (even AFTER the sale of my home and purchase of a new one) have been truly invaluable to me. I worked with Cathy Palmer on a potential listing where I was the attorney for the estate of a homeowner in the Bradenton area. Cathy was very responsive and conscientious throughout the process.
