Cheryl was great throughout our home buying experience in Venice, Fl. She knows the area, rules, regulations, restrictions and processes inside and out. She was very responsive to my numerous questions and concerns and was quick to respond with answers. Not being from the area, she also helped us out making things extremely easy for us after the sale with numerous things involving our new home purchase. We have recommended her several times already to friends who have all had the same experience with her and actually also ended up purchasing a home near Venice. Cheryl was a real friend throughout the process so much so that we still keep in touch and visit when we are down in Venice. She is a real professional!
