Cheryl was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. This was the second time we purchased a home with Cheryl's help. She answered all of our questions and there were a lot of questions. She talked us off the “ledge” a few times with logic and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

Celinda Scollo recently listed and sold my property at Siesta Breakers. She was not afraid to roll up her sleeves and help me get a few things done and coached me through a few decision points. It was an emotional transition for me and she took an interest, made me feel like I was her only customers and go the job done. I can’t say enough good things about my interactions with her. Connie Brown was my agent and she was simply tremendous. Great knowledge of my neighborhood, excellent handling of the sale, great price, and superb support to the end at closing. Mary and I have been working with your agent, Tammy Mast, for the past 5 years and it is hard to believe that we have finally purchased our retirement home in Bay Isles on Longboat Key. Tammy has been diligent over the years in keeping us informed of the real estate market, trends, and homes available in Longboat and has always been available to answer our e-mails or telephone calls. If not for her great amount of patience and hard work, our purchase would have never happened. Tammy is very professional, will go the extra mile, and has always been honest with us. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the whole buying experience and that is thanks entirely to our Realtor, Malihe Karimi. She was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I contacted her initially on another of her listings. I had been looking for condominiums on the island for several months but had not yet been comfortable enough in any of my open house or listing call visits to secure a realtor of my own. It's hard to explain, but Malihe had that perfect combination of warmth, insight and realty smarts; I knew after having spent under an hour with her, that I wanted to work with her exclusively. From the search, she put together of appropriate condos, to the contract work she performed and advice she gave, to the delicate handling of a delayed closing (due of course, to Hurricane Irma), to the subsequent follow-up on our settling in and the lovely housewarming gift she brought us, Malihe made us feel listened to, taken care of, and valued every step of the way. That to me is the definition of a great Realtor. Maybe Webster's Dictionary should borrow it and put her lovely picture alongside the text!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note, to let you know our experience with purchasing a home in Bradenton was excellent.
