Camille, You are fantastic!!! You did so much more than the average Realtor for us and ( as a Realtor in Mass) I am very glad we hired you. You dealt with several different personalities up North and were able to get our condo sold. You did well beyond the usual sales work to facilitate a deal for us. As a retired Engineer, I tend to over analyze and over research things. And, I did the same when trying to choose a Realtor. However, I finally came up with three potential candidates to market our home. Karen Brown was one of the three. And, to make a long story short, the other two talked themselves out of the job, while Karen Brown won the competition with honesty, politeness, market knowledge and genuine niceness. We followed her advice on how to make our home more attractive to potential buyers and were very pleased with the end result. She also helped us find our new home which we are very happy with also. Lynda was a former co-worker many years ago, and I knew her to be very professional and serious about making sure her clients were satisfied and well-represented. As our Realtor, she did exactly that. We were selling a family property for the first time, and she dealt with the transaction in a professional but sensitive way that gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the process. With Lynda's help, we secured three serious offers in less than a week and had a very satisfying sales agreement in place before a week was out. Closings went quickly, questions were answered within minutes, and everyone walked away smiling. I would recommend Lynda to anyone buying or selling a home!

Excellent . I have known her from another property I had and I believe she extremely competent person. I am looking forward to meet her personally. I was a faculty at the University of New Orleans for many years and a graduate of the University of Virginia. I had many houses and salesladies and I believe she is one of the best. RI needs more real estate agents like Tom with empathy, compassion, patience, and a great personality to buyers especially those out of state like myself. He is a true professional, second to none. Tom is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of buying and was with me every step of the way both in buying here in Sarasota; also was very instrumental in the selling of my home up North. Moving 1400 miles was a herculean task for me and Tom made the ordeal run smooth & efficient. No question I made the right choice in going with Tom @ Saunders & Company. He is outstanding.

We needed a nice house, in a great neighbor hood, at an affordable price, and a quick closing. The purchase would be a cash deal made from out of state. My wife's Dad who lives in Englewood knew Michael Saunders & Co by reputation and recommended you. When I called I got a Susie Porter on the line, as it turned out it was our very good fortune. Susie's approach was to send us different types of available properties getting our feedback on each. This way she got to know what we liked and didn't like. Even though our house hadn't sold yet Susie kept sending what she thought we would like. She invited my wife to leave Kennebunk Maine and spend a few days in Englewood Fl. When I sold my house, there was no time to waste. My wife Rea was on the plane to spend time looking for a property with Susie. All it took was one trip because Susie had the best properties all lined up to see. Susie's approach was one of persistent hard work and constant communication. Even though the market was hot, with properties being snapped up, she kept us aware of the best houses available. Even with Irma looming and landing, Susie kept in touch. She made sure our closing happened right on time... hurricane or not. It was a great experience. Susie Porter is the kind of super capable agent Michael Saunders can be very proud of.
