Cindy is the consummate professional! From our initial contact with her until our closing she was the very essence of a professional. During the period where she was showing us properties she make herself available and worked us into her schedule at times that made it easy for us and our family. We had our kids and grandkids with us and we really had a good time because Cindy was so delightful to be with. She did an excellent job of preparing our contract and getting our offer communicated to the seller. She helped us in resourcing for other people we needed such as a loan company, a title company, a painter and more. As the closing deadline approached and there were obstacles to overcome because this was a 1031 exchange, she was our advocate above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with. She was always available and was part of the solution. Whatever we needed Cindy had the energy, the resources and the intellect to handle it. The actual closing procedure took longer than usual and although we told Cindy she did not have to stay the whole time she would not leave until everything was completed. All in all, our whole family agrees the Cindy is the best realtor we have ever met and one of the nicest people we have ever met.

Kristina is an outstanding agent. She is extremely helpful, dedicated and very concerned about the welfare of her client. We did not live in our unit after we put it on the market and each week, Kristina made a personal visit to be sure that everything was in order. This was not what a real estate agent usually does, but she always goes the extra mile in everything she does. She was extremely communicative with us. We received weekly updates on visits to our apartment as well as providing other information relating to real estate within our building. If I ever want to buy a property again in Sarasota, there is no question that I would contact Kristina to serve as my real estate agent.

I have worked with Tracy on 3 house deals. She has been great to deal with and talked me off the ledge a few times. I know I am not the most patience person to deal with. The last house I moved out of state so Tracy had you help me than any of the other houses and she stepped up and went out of her way to help me and get the deals done.
