I was very pleased to meet Pam Sweeney, my Realtor to by. She was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend her. In fact, I already have! She was able to put up with my first time home selling jitters. She walked me through the process. I was able to understand the ins and outs of selling my home. We had a few good laughs too. She made a statement that I would not have my home in October. Well, my home sold on the last day of September! She was right. I will always remember that with a chuckle. She was there when everything had to be taken care of when I was at work. So once again, thank you for helping me sell my home. I felt confident in my Realtor and she made it a breeze.

Mary Pihl and Laura Navratil were exceptional. After looking at numerous homes to buy we had about given up but Mary continued to make us aware when she saw a house that contained what we were looking for. We knew when we saw the house we purchased that it was the one! And the sale of our previous home occurred within 90 days which was our goal. Cannot say enough good things about Mary and Laura and your support team. Michael Saunders & Company and particularly their agent Ann Debellevue, were recommended to us by my daughter and son and law, Leann and Neil Feldt who bought their home through her. We have been very pleased with the whole transaction. My husband and I listed our Country Club of Sarasota home with Sindy Carr, who is also a resident of our former neighborhood. My wife and I recently moved into our new home in Sarasota, which is the 3rd residence we have occupied in the Sarasota community. Obviously, we love our city and state, and one of the reasons we have been so happy for the past 15 years (and we still are) is because our realtor, Stacy Liljeberg has been with us in all our real estate decisions and closings! She is truly “on duty 24/7/365” and has gone above and beyond the call of duty in her willingness to assist us whenever a problem arises.
