I wanted to share an overwhelmingly positive commentary of Jonnie and Bryan Dwyer. Jonnie and Bryan recently sold my home in Bradenton, FL. Prior to Jonnie and Bryan taking over as my realtors, my home was on the market with two different agents totaling over a year with no offers. From the moment Jonnie and Bryan became my realtors, I felt like I was a part of their family. They were determined to get a sale for me and went above and beyond to make sure it happened. They hosted multiple showings and got me my first offer. Unfortunately, the offer fell through as I was not allowed to fence my backyard in the community I am in. However, they did not stop at this and I received another offer shortly after, which ultimately ended up with the sale of my home. From walking my dogs when I couldn’t make a showing to helping me make home repairs during the closing process, I cannot praise Jonnie and Bryan Dwyer enough. When I am in the market again for my next home, I will certainly utilize them as my realtors. Our agent, Dianne Corcoran, was outstanding. She provided professional guidance, experience, knowledge, confidence, and efficiency. From the moment I first spoke with her on the phone, I knew I was in good hands; and, when I initially met with her, my confidence only increased. In the end, she far exceeded my expectations. And, since my experience in Florida, I had another property to manage and sell here in Connecticut and I sincerely wished, throughout the entire process, that I could have signed with Dianne to list and sell the property. I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding job Bambi Utton did on the recent sale of my Dad’s house in Venice, Florida. I live the in Orlando area. After the death of my Dad’s wife last December we moved my Dad to an Assisted Living Facility near my home to allow my brother and I to visit him frequently. Since it was very difficult for me to travel to Venice to check on the home, Bambi went above and beyond to make sure the house was safe and secure. She arranged on several occasions to have workers repair and install things and even helped fill the pool once when it got too low for the pump to safely run. She was very helpful with advice and very patient when two offers fell through. I don’t know what I would have done without her.

My sale and purchases were all handled by Ms. Malihe Karimi. She was extremely helpful through all the stages of my transactions. She was giving useful advice and walked me through different stages with clarity and patience. Working with Malihe was a very pleasant experience.

Meredith is a highly skilled negotiator who always puts her client's goals first. I have watched her negotiate and close transactions that might have seemed to be absolutely impossible. She has excellent communication skills and years of experience. I highly recommend that if you are interested in buying or selling property in Manatee or Sarasota county that you speak with Meredith first.

Exceptional professional service is rare. We were fortunate to have experienced this rarity while working with Bernadette Caswell. There is a lot of choice in Realtors but you would be hard pressed to find one more effective than James Hope. His realistic valuation of our Sarasota condo, together with a clear understanding of the processes involved and his ability to link us with repair companies other professionals, made the selling a smoother process than we could have ever imagined.
