My husband and I recently purchased a villa in the Meadows I want to express my sincere appreciation on behalf of my husband and myself for all Scott did to make our buying experience a smooth one. From the minute we met him we felt comfortable and in good hands. I was especially impressed with Scott’s attention to detail and follow up. We live in New Hampshire and were not in FL for the month and a half preceding the closing. Scott went above and beyond to insure that pre-close details were handled, often doing them himself. Additionally, he never got flustered (even when I did!!), always presenting a calm, knowledgeable and professional demeanor. You are fortunate at Michael Saunders to employ Scott Haynes. Over the past seven years, we have bought and sold four houses for Sue and myself through Janis (and now Ron) Collier. The first three transactions were in a much easier market for a realtor, and were completed fairly quickly and with little in the way of problems. Janis and Ron did a great job and made it seamless to us as customers, and we appreciated it. This most recent sale came at a tough time for resales, and they took the job on. There were a lot of moving pieces that really needed their personal attention and effort. Did they complain? Not once. They were total professionals in every sense of the word and completed the deal for us with a lot of extra effort on their part. We could not have been more delighted with them and your office. In short, having been a business owner myself, I will say that I wish I had ambassadors for my company like you have with Ron and Janis. They will always get our business and our referrals as very happy customers.

Since the first day of listing our home, Grace has worked diligently with advertising, showings, and open houses to sell our home. She has literally been available seven days a week to answer questions from prospective buyers (and us) with quick responses to calls, texts, and emails. When our home sold, she took care of the inspection and followed up with necessary appointments for repairs. She even made arrangements for us to sell furniture that the buyer did not purchase to some of her other clients. If you ever wonder if a real is “worth” the fee, you need to meet Grace. She is truly amazing!

We would like to express our total satisfaction in the realty services provided to us by Grace. We contacted her over a year ago, but then had to put our plans on hold because of a family medical issue. But Grace kept in constant contact with us, sending us listings from time to time. As soon as we met her, we were impressed with her efficiency, her intuitiveness in zeroing in on just what we wanted, and her very pleasant disposition. She also kept in constant communication with us through all the inspections and other settlement issues and certainly went “the extra mile”. She is a true professional! We own 6 broker franchises in Pennsylvania and have trained many, many agents over the past 26 years. Grace reminds us of some of our star performers.

From the beginning, she was receptive to our wants in a home, showed an extreme amount of patience and related Venice's history and what Venice has to offer. Janet always responded to emails and text messages - even when she was on vacation!. We were never pushed off to someone else. We felt "taken care of" from the first time we met to even after the closing, when she stopped in to see how we were settling in. She also provided us with a list of personally recommended furniture vendors, handymen, etc., which we have used extensively.All in all, working with Janet is an easy, smooth and amazing experience.

Just a quick note to let you know Ed Haggerty did a tremendous job from start to finish in the sale of our home.. He is a true gentleman, a trait hard to find these days. Our home was sold to the first buyer at the asking price. This was a true blessing. Thanks again to Michael Saunders & Company.

Michell Hupp was our realtor for house hunting in Venice during April of this year. I dealt with her long distance before coming to Venice with my husband to purchase a home. Michelle was awesome, she listened to our needs and after visiting 2 properties she knew exactly what we were looking for. Upon agreeing that we wanted new property she brought us to Island Walk where we found our home to build. Michelle dealt with the sales manager and that gave us some perks and made the whole process easy.We all had a good time during the process and found our new home in one day. Michelle also accompanied us to the closing. We have also encountered her out and about and Michelle always greets us. The whole process couldn’t have happened as fun and expeditiously without Michelle.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I was working with Maryann Casey for a second time. Maryann was our agent when we purchased our Lido Key condominium in 2013 and she found us the perfect place to enjoy our time in Sarasota. Now having to sell the unit under difficult circumstances she was supportive, efficient, effective and calming. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be guiding me through the process, in the middle of a hurricane no less.
