We could probably write a book about the manner in which Pam took us under her very knowledgeable and professional wing as we searched for a special place to enjoy now and later stay for months in Sarasota. Pam was referred by a former colleague of hers in Sunset Beach NC. In selling our condo there, the realtor asked where we were looking. When we said Sarasota Fl area, she immediately gave us Pam’s name and number and asked if she could give Pam our number and email address. Saying yes to that was truly a godsend for our quest to find the “dream place.” Pam emailed us right away and patiently waited a few months while our NC condo was on the market.When the time came in early August for our “real estate search” trip to Sarasota, Pam was ready for us as she had a wish-list we prepared of the property we were looking for.For 5 days straight she tirelessly showed us place after place after place. All the while she was gathering info from us as to what we liked or disliked about each place. Our last two days of looking at places finally found us loving 2 villas. The following day, she graciously allowed us to bring my cousins to look at both places to give us their trusted opinion. What followed thereafter until the closing was the most impressive show of Pam’s true superiority as an agent. She helped us find quality people to work with us on all aspects of the closing process. Meanwhile, Hurricane Irma tore through Florida causing a lot of worry and angst on our part. Pam made us feel comfortable and secure throughout that ordeal even though we were in Massachusetts.We can guarantee that Pam is the first person we have over for dinner once we get settled. Awesome lady.

I am so excited to share with you my wonderful experience with Tanya. Let me begin with I have purchased and sold many properties in my lifetime Tanya by far is not only a 10 but a 25 in my book. She is knowledgable very professional 100% a people person. Prior to working with Tanya I had a very negative experience with another local Realtor and was feeling totally defeated. Tanya not only worked her magic ensuring I would be purchasing my new home but successfully kept me calm reassuring me there would not be any further shoes dropping, while working with a very difficult sellers realtor. Not a task for the faint of heart as I am an A Type, Only Child Personality and achieved it with total grace. Judy Nimz is a gem! She found us our home, my Mother-in-Law's home, and a vacation rental all in the past year. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Judy is our Google! We trust her opinion so much, that we turn to her for advice more often that we should. When Judy is booked, Bill has jumped in to help by showing us properties as well. He is every bit as helpful and professional. We truly enjoy working with them both.

JJ went above and beyond during every aspect of our new construction being built. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were completely out of our element and had no idea where to even begin. But JJ was nothing but helpful, answering all of our questions and making sure we were confident every step of the way. She went out of her way to give us progress updates, as well as ensure all inspections and closing went as smoothly as possible. Most importantly, she made us feel like a part of the family!
